- Document inpatient progression in CareWebQI
- Document variances to optimal recovery in CareWebQI
- Document pertinent aspects of the case management process within the Chronic Care Guidelines in CareWebQI

Equipment Needed
You will need the following to fully participate in our Web seminars:
- Access to the Internet and a browser to connect to the visual portion of the seminar
- A phone line separate from your Internet connection to dial into the audio portion of the seminar
Prior to the seminar, you will receive the toll-free number to call and complete instructions on how to connect to the visual portion.

- A link to the Web Seminar and a password to join
